Corporate visual identity manual

What is it?
It is the creation of a document that contains specifications, recommendations and essential norms to preserve the characteristics of the brand, with the objective of making its correct and coherent use, propagation, perception, identification, memorization. It also contains the creation of all the stationer’s store material and even three basic visual communication pieces.

What are the advantages/necessities of acquiring the visual identity manual?
Standard, economy, and agility in production. Without the manual, you take the risk of having a total different appearance in every material from your company. Every person that produces a material to you, will have a different concept of creation this way, so you can lose focus on the result of your logo.
Apart from standard, another advantage is the economy when you contract a service in a printing office and in another supplier. All you have to do is send the file by e-mail. This way, the process of production will get cheaper, because the printing office won’t charge for the final art. Needless to say that everything will get much cheaper.

How is it developed?
After creating the logo and after sending the data that will be on the material (address, phone number, e-mails, URL from the site, name and job to the business card) our department of creation will develop a visual identity, based on the style of the brand/logo and the preferences of the target audience of our client.

How long does it take to get ready?
Our deadline is 2-7 working days. If it is necessary to make any alterations or create new designs, we will have to meet the same deadline.

How many colors can it have?
Innumerable colors can be used, thanks to the evolution of the current graphic industry. However, it is recommended to use approximately 2 or 3 colors, to avoid a high-cost production.

What are the measure and format?
The creation will be made in an A4-page format, so that our client can print the manual and it can be bound easily.

Can I enlarge the manual without losing quality?
Yes. Our clients receive the manual in vector format produced by CorelDraw 13. This format allows you to reduce the image, keeping the same quality in it.

Can I alter the text, colors, and the form of the manual in the future?
Yes, you can. The file from CorelDraw 13 that we will send you is totally editable. You only need to have the program installed on your computer.

Which files will I receive?
• 1 version of the visual identity manual in CDR (CorelDraw 13);
• 1 version of the manual in PDF (Portable Document Format). This format has been adopted by companies, educators and governments from all over the world to optimize the transfer of documents, to expand/raise the productivity and decrease the dependency of paper.
• Fonts (true type) used in the creation of the manual, to install on your computer.
